Ballangrud Clap
To clap or not to clap? Both are possible with this blade. If you want to experience the benefits of a clap skate, while retaining the option to ride a fixed skate, then the Ballangrud skate is the right choice for you. .... Almost any boot used in ice skating or inline skating can be mounted on the aluminium frame of the Ballangrud, and it can be adjusted both towards the inside and the outside. Due to the special construction of its pivot point, this Ballangrud clap skate is one of the lowest clap skates on the market. A low skate makes ice skating more relaxed. By using a locking pin you can easily lock the clap system, which enhances your safety, especially in poor ice conditions. The Ballangrud is available in two steel qualities: Art. 9800 is the version with stainless steel, suitable for both nature and artificially prepared ice. Art. 9900 is the version with High Speed Steel, bimetal 64Rc. Sprint height.
